Although many of its buildings aren't as historic as the local Victorians they so beautifully emulate, Windsor's downtown shopping district lacks nothing when it comes to charm.

Shops and neighborhood eateries surround a spacious town green, which offers live music and events throughout the year. The shops are locally owned and run, so any conversations you happen to strike up with the shopkeeper will very likely yield a treasure of regional history and great reviews for food, walks, and events. This shop is owned by a husband and wife team. The husband, Richard, is a trained gemologist who is a fanatic about beautifully crafted, unique jewelry. You'll also find magnificent Native American jewelry crafted in turquoise and silver.

Famous for its jaw dropping assortment of candy and vintage games, Cravin's offers everything from handcrafted chocolate truffles to vintage candy mustaches.
