Originally the last stop west for the Pacific Railroad, Occidental is a great spot to eat, toodle around, or even stay. Located in the middle of the Bohemian Highway just north of Freestone, it attracts cyclists and car clubs with its central location and challenging routes between the coast and redwoods.
