SingleThread Presents ‘Usu-Zan’ in Collaboration with Ken Fulk

Escape into an enchanted forest for a dining experience inspired by wintertime in Hokkaido in the heart of Sonoma County Wine Country. Usu-Zan is the name of a small active volcano in a remote village where Chef Kyle and Katina Connaughton lived in Hokkaido. Indulge in a feast for all the senses in this 9-course dinner “main event” cooked in handmade donabes from the Nagatani Family in Iga, and featuring the choice of a Hokkaido Seafood and Miso Nabe, a Roasted Duclair Duck Nabe, Vegetable and Mushroom Nabe, a Vegetarian Tofu, Farm Vegetable, and Yuba Nabe, or a Premium Hokkaido A-5 Wagyu Beef Tenderloin Shabu Shabu. This limited engagement is scheduled to run through March 28th, and celebrates SingleThread’s Japanese roots through Sonoma County grown produce at the SingleThread Farm.
