We make our al taglio pizzas using unique Roman technique and superior ingredients from local California farms. Our crust is pillowy, open, and slightly sour on the inside, while the outer layer is crispy, with deep golden color to tempt your taste buds. As we previously mentioned, our pizzas are made with locally sourced ingredients, including foodie favorites like Bianco Di Napoli tomatoes, flour from Central Milling, and hand-pulled Ramini Mozzarella di Bufalo.
