Produce that’s delivered every day, sliced on site, and meat from California’s best producers – Molinari Salami, Columbus Roast Beef and Pastrami, Diestel Turkey, and Evergood Sausages. We use that foundation of freshness to build sandwiches and salads with unique flavors – garlic aioli, smoked chipotle sauce, and fresh basil cream. Our employees are true professionals – they’re almost all family members and most have been with us between 8-12 years.
