Salute to American Graffiti

This annual parade of classic American cars cruising through the streets of downtown Petaluma celebrates George Lucas' coming-of-age movie American Graffiti, most of which was filmed here in the summer of 1972. The best place to watch will be along Petaluma Boulevard, south of B Street to D Street. Bring a chair and/or a blanket, dress up in your best 1950s and '60s gear, and wave to all the cruisers!
