  • Founded in 2009, Mercury Wine is the brainchild of Brad Beard. Brad's winemaking philosophy is to bring the style, subtlety and elegance of European wines, then blend that with the world's best grapes here in Northern California and occasionally shred all the rules to put his personal and unique touch to his unruly American winemaking. No rules, just right! Brad lives in Geyserville with his husband Danny. Mercury specializes in Bordeaux, Rioja and Rhone-style blends and esoteric white wines. Brad's focus is on grapes grown in Alexander Valley and Dry Creek Valley, and he occasionally sources grapes from other interesting vineyards, locally and elsewhere in California.
